New design lab mill

We had the opportunity to supply our first lab mill with the new design for a tire manufacturer that distributes up to 12 million tires per year. Because there is a strong emphasis on quality in tire manufacturing, we were required to perform an in-house test lab first to ensure product integrity.


This new lab mill has peripherally drilled rolls for heating or cooling and can raise temperatures in a controlled manner to 100 °C or higher. The machine has manual or automatic movable shields, a heavy duty cardan shaft transmission with adjustable friction, an operator touch panel on an ergonomically adjustable arm, and powder coated sheet metal machine covers.
