Blenders & Silicone Mixers

Agila blenders consist of a hydraulic cylinder that moves the mixture from left to right, over two rollers. The driven blend pinch roll is cooled by means of a rotary coupling. The pressure roll is, in its rest position, driven by the blend pinch roll by means of friction rims at both ends. The blenders can be installed on your existing rolling mill. The rollers come with a special coating to limit the adhesion of rubber. The rollers open pneumatically in the event of an emergency stop. The drive motor can be sized according to the mixture.

A blender increases the capacity of a roll mill by 10 to 20% depending on the composition of the mixture.

All stock blenders are CE-approved and conform to the latest European legislation.
