Production presses

Our production compression molding presses are designed and built to meet specific production needs. All presses feature a heavy-duty multi-post frame structure, large plates, and optionally multiple apertures. The temperature control system can be electric or via a medium like water, oil or steam.

  • Heated plates: up to 400 ℃
  • Cylinder force: 1000 kN - 1500 kN - 2000 kN - 3000 kN - 4000 kN - 6300 kN
  • Main cylinder stroke: Addapted to the application
  • System pressure: up to 250 bar
  • Closing speed: up to 130 mm/s or faster with separate cilinders for the low pressure stroke.
