Rolling compounded or extruded material on a core with or without liner can avoid costly imperfections like: delamination, deformation, degumming, bubbles, and sticking. These machines are easy to set-up and straightforward to operate. Also a roll of a given material most of the time has a smaller footprint on the production floor.
